Fast & Inexpensive way to reduce Cellulite

So after you graduate highschool, everyone and their mom knows that you gain a little weight- the "freshman 15". This happens because A) you're going to numerous keg parties & live in a dourm eating crap food. B) you stop waking up early, therefore your metabolism starts later everyday. C) you're getting older and your metabolism starts to suck. D) you're in a committed relashionship and/or you're starting to have kids. It's inevitable, you'll get a bit of cellulite when you gain weight. But I have found a great way to reduce the appear and all but get rid of it in about 2 weeks or less.

First, I bought a skin firming lotion from the drug store. The brand I chose was "Jergens" because it was the cheapest. And I'm cheap. -$5.99

Second, I bought Rasberry Keytones from Vitamin World. You can get any brand or variation you want, they have some with mango or green tea extract (that's what I have) and they sell them at GNC, Vitamin World, health food & natural stores, online, etc. -$8

So that's about $13. Not bad.

Directions:
Every morning (and after you shower, when you're pores are most open) ad every night, use your skin firming lotion where you have cellulite and looser skin. Don't just lightly put it on- massage it in. You want to massage hard enough that you're diggig into your fatty tissue- but don't hurt yourself lol.
So let's say atleast twice a day massage lotion into cellulite areas.

Also, take your rasberry keytones twie a day. I take mine with my first cup of coffee in the morning and then the second right before dinner. These speed up your metabolism in a natural way, and the one at night keeps your metabolism running while you're sleeping.

After a week and a half you will see results.

It also helps if you cutyour breads and pastas after lunch time, or just limit them. And to also have your dinner earlier.

Drink lots of water, eat of the earth.

Until next time...
